At least what some people suggested me back in 1999/2000...Goran Udovc is son from deceased Franci Udovc(individual who died in unbearable cancerousb pain and suffering due to what I believe was microwaving/ultrasound torture).
Goran Udovc have had moved to Krsko/Brezice area where he bough house...high possibility exists that his past fincial transactions have involved Croatian territory(as Zagreb is very near).
