Constitutional Court in Slovenia says I have no rights to ask one for help because my case doesn't pertain to one....

Never got any answer from Slovenian Human Rights ombudsman and Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia yet in respect to slovenian-human-right-ombudsman.html and contacted-union-of-attorneys-in.html , but did got NEGATIVE answer to my plea from Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia...
