It was Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud and few others who stopped torture - accused by British Charles and Merz and rest of the pack about being a treasoner - looked down upon by Merkel/ Von der Leyen as unworthy of trust and this after I already made myself clear about it to CIA inside of our house.
