It was year 1992 when uniformed Janez Ogulin begun his transfer from area which I described in last part of the video into area of administration building - he first was transferred from mentioned area above and then to administration building.

POLICE BUILDING ITSELF WAS BUILT BY PARTS WITH PART FOR WHICH I INDICATED AS INVESTIGATORS WAS COMPLETED AS FIRST - WITH INVESTIGATORS MOVING INTO ONE. THE REST OF THE STRUCTURE REMAINED COVERED - INVISIBLE - DELIBERATELY INACCESSIBLE FOR PUBLIC TO SEE ABOUT WHAT WENT ON BEHIND ONE...TORTURE IT WAS INSIDE OF THE PART OF THE BUILDING ALREADY COMPLETED AND EVEN OUTSIDE WHERE CONSTRUCTION WAS IN PROCESS. I DO REMEMBER WHAT PUBLIC DIDN'T EVEN KNOW AND GET TO SEE WENT ON AT THIS POLICE STATION BEFORE ONE WAS EVEN OPENED FOR PUBLIC AND/OR COMPLETED ENTIRELY.
