THIS WAR WAS ALL ABOUT COSTS(of many financial packages promised, very few delivered and even those Vladimir Putin got prepaid at the negotiation table) AND NOT AIMS OF DEFINITE UNCONDITIONAL LIBERATION OF UKRAINE. SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES WHICH REFUSED TO PAY NATO FEE FOR DECADES DID BECAME LARGE DONORS OF WEAPONRY TO UKRAINE DURING INVASION ON UKRAINE, BUT SEVERAL COUNTRIES WHICH DIDN'T PAY ITS NATO DUES FOR AGES(SLOVENIA AS AN EXAMPLE) REFUSE TO ASSIST AT PRESENT EVEN ITS NEIGHBOR IN NEED - UKRAINE.

For what I know, every threat a terrorist like Putin would issued to me in respect to long range weaponry(if secretary general of NATO), I would request NATO member states for Ukraine to be equipped with more and deadlier long range missiles - and order one to strike every important target to and beyond Moscow. Russians somehow still don't get it, war is coming to Moscow. Not at the doorsteps of one, but inside of Moscow. Its not serious for any NATO member state leader to take Russian terrorist which occupied 1/4 of Ukraine as serious. NO direct nuclear threats were issued to Russia during Russian use of mini nukes on civilian and Ukrainian military targets next to repeated nuclear threats Russia made to West.
