My problem was a real cancer - blood poisoning went as far as my having pain in heart area(all over) and spasms in feet(bellow knees) that barely would even allow me to go about...

 yeah, it was that bad, but I learned due to stated above what was it that kept taking me down and my sleep improved since to regular 7 hours and cramps done away with it...I think I will somehow make it.
