To a certain degree it is, but 75% is not. Just as the case is in US, Russia also have their men in black. Some politicians speculated to contribute chaos to the news, but it didn't pay them off as one is clearly road to nowhere(a single detonated nuke size of those that represent Russian arsenal would set our oceans into pool of radiation which would have as a result end of life on earth = 100 x times more radioactive than what Fokushima was).
American government knew all this in advance, but along the way they admitted, and have confessed that if only mentioned here one day would be very nice since I cite, "we have committed all this illegal stuff to you, we need at lest some sort of excuse"...
Who was desperate to obtain information on non public(confidential) Russian arsenal: Specially John McCain and George W. Bush were...then Donald J. Kushner Trump and last crazy Schwarzenegger...
British tabloids(and social media like Facebook) bombarded with Nbiru planet/end of the word news, arrival of Anunakis and I don't know what other kakis....Trump almost shit in his pants during crazy North Korean "kill them all war" speeches, and Schwarzenegger was depicted even eating cone of ice-cream with his girlfriend(when you see me eat one is already too late - remember, you must publish news on what Russia have)...Netanyahu was also desperate(I would say the most) regarding this news and Erdogan tried to speculate...
What real danger was within this news !!??? News with which US
Government, British, and Germans brainwashed me with was for me to talk about possible "suitcase nukes"(this off course would land me in a CIA cell over night and my case would be conveniently over for CIA in a split of the second). Grand idea was for me to give any kinds of knowledge/signal(even imaginary idea since I have no advanced knowledge about Russian deep state arsenal or Russian deep state alone) for criminal US Government to get some grounds/anything which would help them to either apologize criminality against me or even remove me as explained above...Germans and British were brainwashing me on how they have sophisticated possible dirty bomb detection systems and just how impossible it would be to smuggle anything as seen above in UK or Germany - but perhaps it would be in Russia is what I was suggested by both sides...

Trump threatened with "calm before the storm" news("it will be too late..it will be already too late when this meeting takes place") and so did Schwarzenegger(they used barrage of news that involved North Korea to trigger in me at least some sort of imbalanced emotions)...idea was to also traumatize me as much as possibly because people mentioned here are not animals nor humans + this are beasts that should be lined up against the wall and cut like a grass(is just not the case because US is the most cowardly nation on the globe - this is where people have guns inside of their closets, but obviously to defend tyranny and not to defend themselves from one !!! About Russian "deep state"...are there any weapons(deadly arsenal) beside what you see below !!????
The answer to that is that what you see bellow is nothing more than sophisticated USSR legacy(ICBMs, tanks, air defense system, and planes with guided missile technology, but thats about it)...so answer to above question is absolutely YES. Russia have variety of deadly instruments designed in a way that US couldn't possibly defend itself if attacked(and so does US - we don't see much of reality that is taking place behind the scene...we don't even see one on war fields where brave men/women are dyeing because they don't want to come out openly with such technologies yet -they are hiding them form the rest of the world - they know that opponents record via satellites and other means everything that is taking place in wars - it is the most expensive/secret in this world = key to survival that no side will reveal unless forced into).
Putin and Medvedev are not much trusted by KGB. This two are used as public figures representing Russia on international and domestic political stages ONLY, but real Russia is hiding behind the two. No responsible president should know what deep state have in sleeve anyhow...because secrets can be taken out of people without people's consent(can you imagine to have such knowledge and pay visit to USA where NEONAZI criminals are, and then get back to Russia or China - do you think dirty NEONAZI scum would let you get away with it without meddling in your brain after some 30+ million Americans were already subjected to above mentioned dirty brain implants and MKULTRA practices !!????)...
When the two idiots left house, Russian men in black appeared("we wouldn't appear at all, but what this two have talked about is a lie/illusion/rubish") - they have suggested me in totally bugged house that they have heard absolutely everything and was also told on that occasion that two don't know much about Russian arsenal other than whatever is convenient for Russia to display to the world(whatever world have the right to know can be seen on parades, but nothing more than that). Americans who have have heard this, got very very excited about it all...they jumped like monkeys and begun with above mentioned speculations...
Americans have further super heavily bullied/harassed/intimidated Putin(traumatized him with MKULTRA issues mention here and many others which I didn't mention because I don't remember them all - they have terrorized him with possible assault on Russia and at no wonder, man was on verge with his nerves as "free press" have continually marked/branded Russia as aggressive and him as paranoid - HE HAD TO ACT THE WAY HE DID AND MUCH MORE WILL HAVE TO BE DONE FROM HIS SIDE because Russians are dyeing in Ukraine and Baltic states today and are heavily discriminated against throughout the world where NEONAZIS are encharged).
Perhaps 1/3(from one to three) minutes the most to wipe US(us all as retaliation would follow) from the face of the earth for good !!????? Can you imagine Russian submarines to engage in nuclear salvo on US from all possible directions !!???? What can it stop hem !!??? Not wet John McCain's pipe dream !!!
All that Russia did(more than anything else) since fall of the USSR was developing even more sophisticated weaponry than what US have(this is where Ru$$ian oil went folks)....and I do believe that they are in possession of such weaponry...weaponry that by far exceeds today's US standards of excellence or futuristic arms in many fields(even UK or France have such weapons, so what would make anyone believe that Russia doesn't have them !!????)....
