Power bank(when you need one to save your life) don't arrive easy in Poland either - famous Allegro Poland went as far as chaging even telephone number on my account

When you are not allowed to charge phone - what do you do and what do you do is power bank which you have paid for doesn't arrive either...
I am not saying its difficult to buy one, it just doesn't come easy when you need one is what am saying. And its funny ohh boy(guy is doing online purchases when he needs to do other stuff so much -is what I got in librsry indirectly today). I depend on this thing which never ever was even sent.
